Mr. Morta,
I have completed the review for the Scott Merritt project at 61 N Gull Place Hoodsport WA 98548.
The items have been identified as deficient:
The following items have been identified as deficient.
1. The information for the pipe repair is very unclear,provide clarity, location, materials, rebar. See
Note 2 on right side of page.
2. Provide calculations for wing wall additions to the bulkhead.
3. The details for the wire cable tie back must be clarified for detail. Wire/cable size?Connection?
Please address these issues and provide revised plan pages.
In addition, the plan page size requirements have been changed the minimum size for a pier, ramp,
bulkheads and floats is 11x17. When you are placing all the calculations and detail on a page it is
very overcrowded, leaving us with little to no room for notes or comments. All future submittals
must be a minimum of 11x17 page size.
