According to a letter 1 have received from the control committee a lean is being assessed
to my property of an amount of$250.00. I am sending this letter and enclosed
information to you to show that I am doing what I can to get illy property into
compliance. I have enclosed a copy dated August 9"'2004 from Mason County stating
that I would need to move my storage shed/cabin OR apply for a Mason Environmental
permit(MEP)and a restoration plan component and post a bond for three years.
As I can not stove the storage/cabin I have been working with Agua tierra
Environmental Consulting, Inc for the MEP permit. It is my understanding that the work
is close to being complete and that it will be mailed to me soon. As soon as this is done I
will be forwarding it to the Mason County Depart rent of Community Development.
As this work is being done,I ask that you reconsider the need of a lean on my property.
From the start I have tried to do things froin the book. I understand the frustration on the
part of I^akc Cushman Maintenance Co., but ask that you take into consideration of the
frustration that 1 am having. If there was any way that I could have this matter taken care
of NOW I would do it.
If LCMC would like a copy of the MEP permit 1 will gladly forward one to you.
