INTERFUND LOAN A RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN INTERFUND LOAN FROM EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING TO THE TOTTEN/LITTLE SKOOKUM CLEAN WATER DISTRICT, a special revenue fund. WHEREAS, Mason County has established the Totten/Little Skookum Clean Water District to fund water quality programs within the district, and WHEREAS, a percentage of the program in the district is funded through an Ecology grant, and WHEREAS, the grant requires a matching source of funds, and WHEREAS it is necessary to continue the ongoing work under the grant,,and WHEREAS, fees have been set, but revenues, to date, have not been received by the county from the Clean Water District to provide matching funds for the grant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners that an interfund loan be established as follows: From: Equipment Rental and Revolving To: Totten/Little Skookum Clean Water District Terms: Annual Interest Rate: 5.5% Principal amount: $75,000 Duration: 12 Months Method of Repayment: Upon receipt of Clean Water District Revenues. Purpose: To provide operating cash for work within the Totten/Little Skookum Clean Water District until district revenues are received.
