FOR EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION
$20,000.00 FOR THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND.
WHEREAS, this emergency appropriation is necessary to meet an outstanding
obligation of District Court for the services of a judge pro to pore as required and
authorized by RCW 3.34.130.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 and with
Resolution 71-93 (See Attachment B which is incorporated as part of this order);
THE BOARD F COUNTY COMMISSIONERS hereby approves the emergency
appropriation in the amount of $20,000 for District Court to be expended as follows:

1993 BUDGET
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1993, it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriation(s) to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.140, to meet an outstanding
obligation of the District Court for Judge Pro Tem.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the 10th day of August, 1993 at the hour of 9:30 a.m., the Board of Mason
County Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton,
Washington, be and the same hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon
the matter of the emergency appropriation(s) to the budget for the District Court, in the
estimated amount of $20,000 for the above-mentioned purposes.
The Clerk of the Board be and hereby is authorized, empowered, and directed to
cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
PASSED this 20th day of July, 1993.
