1993 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of
making the budget for the year 1993, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to a grant from the
Washington State Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation (IAC). This grant will
be used by the Sheriff's Department for an Off Road Vehicle (ORV).
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners:
That the 22nd day of June, 1993 at the hour of 10:45 a.m., the Board of Mason
County Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, Shelton, Washington, be and the same
is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the
supplemental appropriation to the budget for the Sheriff's Department, in the estimated
amount of $9,177.00, for the above-mentioned purposes. The Clerk of the Board be and
hereby is authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of hearing to be published
as provided by law.
That the 8th day of June, 1993.
