ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PLANS

WHEREAS, right of way 8CQUi8itiOO prOC8dVr8S Of Mason [0UDt« require that
the Board of County Commissioners approve road design drawings prior to right-of-
way acquisition; and
WHEREAS, in the past, the road right-of-way plans have been approved by the
Board of County Commissioners and executed by the Chairperson of the Board, in
a 24" X 36" 0ylar form; and
WHEREAS, the Department Qf Public Works now has the capability Ofproducing
computer drawings of the road right-of-way plans in a paper form; and
WHEREAS, for right-of-wayacquisitions purposes, it is advantageous for the
Board of County Commissioners to approve the right-of-way plans; thereby allowing
the Department of Public Works to proceed with right-Of-way appraisals and
aCqUlSlTlOO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason County
Commissioners hereby approve the Road Right-of-Way Plans for the proposed
construction on Plug Mill Road (County Road No. 00231) , County Road Project No.
1391.
