RESOLUTION NO. 39-93
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROAD
WHEREAS, On Tuesday, April 13, 1993, in conformance with RCW 36.8I,010, the
Board of County Commissioners entered upon their Minutes a motion declaring
their intent to establish the first 0'05 mile of Fern Way, from its
intersection wiith SaOdhill Road, as a county maintained road; Said road is
located approximately three miles north of S.R. 300 off Sandhill Road adjacent
to SaDdhill Elementary School .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed cOVDtv road is a public
necessity, and that the C04Ot« Engineer be directed to report thereon, and the
Clerk of the Board shall fix a time and place for hearing the report as
required by statute, and that the Prosecuting Attorney be requested to review
and give approval to the steps herein Vrdered.
