RESTRICTED LAKES
LAKE KOKANEE (LOWER LAKE CUSHMAN)
WHEREAS, Mason County Code 9.04.230 establishes a procedure for specific
restrictions on bodies of water in Mason County; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners received testimony to consider
establishing special restrictions on Lake Kokanee;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that effective April 1, 1993, no personal
watercraft shall be allowed on Lake Kokanee and all internal combustion powered
motorboats shall be restricted to no more than 7 1/2 horsepower engines.
