FUND TRANSFER - FAIR REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the Mason County Fair Manager for a
transfer of funds from the Current Expense Fund to the Fair Revolving Fund; and
WHEREAS, said funds are to be used by fair officials to pay open class premium point
cash awards and to make expenditures for the conduct of the fair.
WHEREAS, said funds have been budgeted in the Fair Budget for this purpose and will
be reimbursed to the Current Expense Fund at the completion of fair business;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that the amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) be transferred from
the Current Expense Fund to the Fair Revolving Fund for the "conduct of the Fair";
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mason County Auditor and Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to transfer said funds into the Fair Revolving Fund.
