REPEAL OF CURFEW CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of Mason County Commissioners held a public hearing to
consider public testimony with regard to the Mason County Code Chapter 9.12, Curfew;
WHEAREAS, Mason County has determined Chapter 9.12, Curfew, of the Mason
County Code is no longer necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that Chapter 9.12, Curfew, is hereby repealed effective this date.
