COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS, on October lI, 1994, the Board of County Commissioners did pass and
approve a Resolution Of lDt8DtiQD to Establish Lynch Lane, County Road No. I5400
and Sells Drive, [OUDtv Road No. 16660 as COUDty maintained roads.
Legal Description:
Lynch Lane: All that portion of a tract of land in the Southeast Quarter 3E 1/4\
Of SSCt1UD 3 and Southwest Quarter SW l ) of Section 2' Township 19 North,
Range 3 West W. M, ; being a Strip of land GO feet in width- 30 feet OD each side
of centerline; said road beginning at the centerline of the Lynch Road /CQWDtv
Road No. 15500, milepost 3,23\ , thence north and easterly 0'21 mile ending 250
feet beyond its intersection with the Allen Road (County Road NO, 10490) ,
Sells Drive: All that portion Of a tract of land starting in the Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4) Of Section 2, being a strip of land OO feet in width, 30 feet
on each side of the centerline and ending in the Southwest Quarter of Section I,
all in Township lS North, Range 3 West, W.M. ; said road beginning at the
centerline of the Lynch Road (County Road No. I5500, milepost 4'09) , thence
southerly, easterly and then northeasterly 8.86 mile ending at the centerline Of
the | vDCh Road (County Road No. 15500, milepost 4.48) .
WHEREAS, after due Notice and Public Hearing, pursuant to law, and after careful
consideration and study 0fthe report submitted h« the Mason County Engineer, the
Board finds that the establishment is a public necessity and practicable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners,
that | «OCh Lane and Sells Drive be established as a part of the Mason County Road
System, and the Mason County EDqiD88r be directed to proceed with Said
establishments.
