SUPERSEDES RESOLUTION NO. 26-86
WHEREAS, a77 major expenditures for fixed assets, including capital leases and
major repairs that increase useful lives, are capitalized.
WHEREAS, Resolution 26-86 already defined the dollar value for County Fixed
Assets to be $1,000.00.
WHEREAS, Resolution 26-86 is being superseded by new Physical Inventory Policies
and Procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason County Commissioners
restate the do77ar value guidelines for the capitalization of Fixed Assets as any
purchase over $1,000.00. All FIXED ASSETS of the County will be disclosed in
the Annual Report.
