INTERFUND LOAN
WHEREAS, Mason County Parks Department needed to purchase a
new vehicle ; and
WHEREAS, the Parks Department did not have the necessary
capital to purchase the vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund is able and
willing to finance the purchase of a new vehicle;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that an interfund loan for the purchase of a
vehicle be established as follows :
FROM: EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND
TO: MASON COUNTY PARKS DEPARTMENT
TERMS: ANNUAL INTEREST RATE: 6. 75%
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT: $15.261 . 60
DURATION: FIVE (5) YEARS
DEBT REPAYMENT: $302. 15 PER MONTH
PURPOSE: PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE
APPROVED this 30TH day of August , 1994 .
