INTERFUND LOAN
WHEREAS, Mason County Building Department needed to purchase
a new vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the Building Department did not have the necessary
capital to purchase the vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund is able and
willing to finance the purchase of a new vehicle;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that an interfund loan for the purchase of a
vehicle be established as follows:
FROM: EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND
TO: MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT
TERMS: ANNUAL INTEREST RATE: 6. 75%
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT: $12.330
DURATION: FIVE (5) YEARS
DEBT REPAYMENT: $244. 10 PER MONTH
PURPOSE: PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE
