INTERFUND LOAN
WHEREAS, the Mason County Planning Department needed to
purchase a new vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the Mason County Planning Department did not have
the necessary capital to purchase the vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund is able and
willing to finance the purchase of this new vehicle;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that an interfund loan for the purchase of a
vehicle be established as follows:
FROM: EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND
TO: MASON COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT
TERMS: ANNUAL INTEREST RATE: 6. 75%
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT: $12,330
DURATION: ONE (1 ) YEAR
DEBT REPAYMENT: $12,330
PURPOSE: PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE
