COMMISSIONERS RESOLUTION NO.: I
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO.: 1473
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 62310 known locally as the Lower Trails Road (Rasor Road/Trails Road to SR
106), and more specifically located in Township 22 North, Range 2 West, W.M.
work defined as "construction' in the BARS Manual, Page II-63, et seq, is determined to be necessary and proper; and,
WHEREAS, this project is identified as# ** on the officially adopted County Annual Road Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to:
Perform Preliminary Engineering and Right-of-Way Negotiations only for future construction of approximatley four miles of new
road.
** Priority No. 17 on the 1995 to 2000 Six Year Road Program
Said work is to be performed by day labor in accordance with the Washington State Standard Specifications for
Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary and proper, and the estimated costs of
said project are herewith set out as follows:
Engineering $ 30,000
Right-of-Way $ 18,000
Road Construction S
Bridge Construction S
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity, and the County Road Engineer is
HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
ADOPTED this 9th day of August 19 94 .
