COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE
PICKERING ROAD - (#28850)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47.48.010, the PICKERING ROAD,
County Road Number 28550, shall be closed to all through traffic from 7:00 A.M,
August 24, 1994, to 5:00 P.M. , August 26, 1994, to facilitate the replacement of
an 8' x 100' cross culvert at Mile Post 2.45 (bottom of Jones Hill ) .
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners have declared
the above described road closure a public necessity to facilitate the culvert
replacement, and that the unrestricted use of said road during the planned
construction is considered dangerous to traffic.
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed
as prescribed by law.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1994.
