ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PLANS
LYNCH ROAD
COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS 1377 & 1378
WHEREAS, right of way acquisition prUC8dUroS of Mason County require that
the Board 0f County Commissioners approve road design drawings prior to right-of-
way acquisition; and
WHEREAS, in the past, the road right-of-way plans have been approved by the
8uanj Of County Commissioners and executed by the Chairperson of the Board, in
a 24" X 36" 0ylar form; and
WHEREAS, the Department 0f Public Works now has the capability ofproducing
C00pUt8r drawings of the road right-Of-way plans in 8 paper form; and
WHEREAS' for right-Uf-wayacquisitions purposes, it is advantageous for the
Board Of County Commissioners to approve the right-of-way plans; thereby allowing
the Department of Public Works to proceed with right-of-way appraisals and
acquisition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason C0UDtv
Commissioners hereby approve the Road Right-of-Way Plans for the proposed
CODStruCtiOD OD | «DCh Road, C0UDtv Road Project N0/S, 1377 (Mile Post 4.95 -
6'85) and 1378 (Mile Post 6'85 - 8'85) and authorize the Chairperson of the Board
to 9X8CUt8 same.
