A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION FOR FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT #4.
WHEREAS,the Mason County Commissioners have received a resolution from Fire Protection District
#4 to seek voter approval to increase the Board of Commissioners from three (3) to five (5) members, in the
upcoming General Election to be held November 8, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Mason County Commissioners considered the request on July 12, 1994;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mason County Auditor is hereby requested to
conduct a special election on November 8, 1994 for Fire Protection District #4 as noted below:
"Shall Mason County Fire Protection District #4 increase the number of Commissioners from
three (3) to five (5)?"
