NO PARKING
WHEREAS, citizens have expressed concerns regarding a traffic hazard that
exists due to V8hiClS8 parking on the shoulder Of the entrance road to
TimberlakeS Development, Timberlake Drive (from its intersection with Agate Road
to its iDt8rSSCtiOD with Herron Drive, County Road No. 25988/Nn3t Lakeshore
Drive, County Road No. 25940; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the public and public safety to
restrict parking on this portion of Timberlake Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that no parking shall be allowed on
either side of Timberlake Drive from Mile Post 0.00 to Mile Post 0.07,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the County Engineer is hereby
directed to take the necessary steps to have these signs erected.
