RESOLUTION NO. 6-0
IN THE MATTER OF :
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY OF MASON TO RECEIVE
A STATE REVOLVING FUND (SRF ) LOAN.
WHEREAS , the Department of Ecology, a Washington State Agency, has
established a State Revolving Fund (SRF ) for providing financial
assistance for the construction of the North Bay/Case Inlet
Wastewater Treatment Facility; and
WHEREAS , the County of Mason desires to participate in a loan from
said State Revolving Fund; and
WHEREAS , a requirement to participate requires a resolution of the
governing body authorizing the County of Mason to receive a State
Revolving Fund Loan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY OF MASON AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The County of Mason desires to participate in the State
Revolving Fund Loan Program.
SECTION 2 . The Board of Commissioners of the County of Mason does
hereby authorize the County of Mason to receive a State Revolving
Fund Loan and to take such other actions as are necessary and
relevant to the State Revolving Fund Loan Program.
SECTION 3 . It is the intent of the Mason County Board of
Commissioners to fund the North Bay/Case Inlet Wastewater Treatment
Facility project per the facility plan utilizing the revenue of the
sewer utility as described therein.
