1994 BUDGET
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1994, it is necessary to make provision for
emergency appropriation to the Current Expense budget as required by RCW 36.40.140,
to meet an outstanding obligation of the Treasurer for Extra Help due to unanticipated
medical leave.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the 7th day of June, 1994 at the our of 9:45 a.m., in the County
Commission Chambers, Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton,
Washington, be and the same hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing
upon the matter of the emergency appropriation to the budget for the Treasurer (Current
Expense), in the estimated amount of $6,535 for the above-mentioned purposes.
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause
notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
PASSED this 17th day of May, 1994.
