HomeMy WebLinkAbout44-94 - Res. 1994 Supplemental Appropriation Budget Notice of Hearing RESOLUTION NO. ? 1994 BUDGET SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1994, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental appropriations to the Current Expense budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to a $3,827 grant from the Washington State Patrol to Emergency Services for training and materials; and $10,940 in unanticipated elections services revenue in the Auditor's office to be used for additional staffing. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners: That the 24th day of May, 1994 at the hour of 9:30 a.m., the Board of Mason County Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, Shelton, Washington, is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget for Auditor, in the estimated amount of$10,940.00 and Emergency Services in the estimated amount of $3,827 for the above-mentioned purposes. The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of hearing to be published as provided by law. Approved this h day of May, 1994.
