RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN MASON
COUNTY.
WHEREAS,the City has requested concurrence on behalf of Miroslav and Katerina Susser to annex
the following described parcel of land, per RCW 35.13.340.
PARCEL 1
Parcel 3 of Short Plat No. 298, recorded under Auditor's File No. 335135, being a correction of
instrument recorded under Auditor's File No. 326635, being a portion of the Southwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 3 West, W.M. in Mason County,
Washington.
Except that portion described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Parcel 3 of Short Plat No.298; thence West along the North
line 133 feet; thence Southwesterly to a point on the South line of Parcel 3 of Short Plat No. 298,
205 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence East along the South line 205 feet;
thence North 165 feet, more or less to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
PARCEL 2
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO an easement for ingress, egress and utility purposes over and
across the South 20 feet of the North 165.00 feet of the South 495.00 feet of the Southwest quarter
of the Northeast quarter of said Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 3 West, W.M., in Mason
County, Washington.
EXCEPT the East 376.42 feet.
WHEREAS,the properties described herein are located in the unincorporated area of Mason County;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the boundaries of the County should be adjusted to annex
said property pursuant to RCW 35.13.240;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners that the
proposed annexation of the unincorporated area of Mason County is approved and that said properties shall
be annexed into the City.
