RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, Mason County population is now estimated to be
42, 900, and
WHEREAS, Washington State law requires counties with
populations greater than 40° 000 to elect a Coroner ; and
WHEREAS, Mason County shall elect aA coroner in the next
general election as required by Washington State law;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners will establish a 1995 Budget for the Coroner ' s
Office as required by RCUV 36- 24 ° and shall fix the salary for the
Coroner as required by RCYV 38' 40- 80.
