INTERFUND LOAN
WHEREAS, Mason County Landfill needed to purchase a new
vehicle ; and
WHEREAS, the Landfill did not have the necessary capital to
purchase the vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund is able and
willing to finance the purchase of a new vehicle;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that an interfund loan for the purchase of a
vehicle be established as follows :
FROM: EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND
TO: MASON COUNTY LANDFILL
TERMS: ANNUAL INTEREST RATE: 5.5%
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT: $10,922
DURATION: FIVE (5) YEARS
DEBT REPAYMENT: $232 PER MONTH
PURPOSE: PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE
