RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MASON
COUNTY, WASH | NGTO0° /\KAE0D | NG RESOLUTION NO. 34-92 TO APPOINT
CURRENT MASON COUNTY RISK POOL REPRESENTATIVES, COUNTY RISK
MANAGER AND COUNTY SAFETY OFFICERS.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of the Mason
County Commissioners , as follows :
"4 . As required by the proposed Bylaws of the Pool , the
Board of Mason County Commissioners hereby appoints Laura E .
Porter as the County ' s representative and William U.
Hunter/Michael D. Gibson as the County ' m acting alternate
representatives to the Board of Directors of the Pool , appoints
the Budget Director/Personnel Coordinator as the acting Risk
Manager , and appoints the Facilities and Grounds Coordinator and
the Public Works Maintenance Engineer as the acting County Safety
Officers . The Cuunty ' g representatives are hereby authorized to
exercise the County ' a voting rights in the Pool pursuant to the
terms of the Agreement and Bylaws and to ant on behalf of the
County with respect to all matters pertaining to the Pool . " , is
HEREBY AMENDED TO READ:
4 . The Board hereby appoints Commissioner Laura E . Porter as
the County ~ m representative and Commissioner William O. Hunter as
the County ' o alternate representative to the Board of Directors
of the Pool ; appoints lone M. Siegler (Director of Administrative
Services/Central Services Administration Department ) as the
County Risk Manager ; and appoints John Flynn (Maintenance
Engineering Manager/Public Works Department ) , Michael F. Rutter
( Facilities Maintenance Manager/Central Services Maintenance
Department ) and Howard Armfie | d ( Lieutenant/Sheriff ' s Department )
as County Safety Officers . The County ' o representatives are
hereby authorized to exercise the County ' s voting rights in the
Pool , pursuant to the terms of the | nter | oom | Agreement and
Bylaws and to act on behalf of the County with respect to all
matters pertaining to the Pool .
