1994 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of
making the budget for the year 1994, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the Environmental Health budget as required by RC W 36.40.100, due
to unanticipated cash carry over. (1993 Open period vouchers were processed during
1994)
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners:
That the 1A day of March, 1994 at the hour of 9:30 a.m., the Board of Mason
County Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, Shelton, Washington, be and the same
is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the
supplemental appropriation to the budget for Environmental Health, in the estimated
amount of $7,488.00, for the above-mentioned purposes. The Clerk of the Board is
hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of hearing to be published
as provided by law.
