A resolution relating to approval of the General
Comprehensive Plan of the Belfair Water District .
WHEREAS, the Belfair Water District Commissioners have
prepared a General Comprehensive Plan per RCW 57 . 16 . 010 ; and
WHEREAS, the Belfair Water District Commissioners have
adopted the Belfair Water District General Comprehensive
Plan; and
WHEREAS, RCW 57 . 16 . 010 requires that said Plan be adopted by
resolution and submitted to an engineer designated by the
legislative authority of the county in which fifty-one
percent or more of the area of the district is located, and
to the Director of Health of the county in which the
district or any portion thereof is located, and must be
approved in writing by the engineer and director of health;
and
WHEREAS, the Belfair Water District Commissioners have
requested adoption by the Mason County Board of
Commissioners .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that the Belfair Water District Plan is
hereby adopted.
