It represents the Grade prior to any work completed, and the work performed up to date. This area includes all fill material purchased from Brady at 922 E. Johns Prairie Rd. "45 yards of Native soil, 15 yards of 5!8" Base Coarse, and 10 yards of Bark" and material relocated from the front of the property to the area towards the rear middle of the property. Yards relocated and compacted every 4" in lift's is approximately 70 yards. A total of 11.5 yards to date have been used to bring property Grade to date_ After talking will Shelton County Building Division and a Civil Engineer (friend of mine from Hawaii and Florida) due to standing water en my property after heavy rain falls, I decided to install a French Drain to take care of standing water when it rained heavily. `1 he size of this drain is l2.0" by 36'0", 5'0" in depth. Approximately 80 yards of drainage rock (1 & 112" minus) was in.stalied. After installing this feature (French Drain) all wva e) Problems have been resolved. Material taken from the hole-1\ is used as fill. Exhibit "B" This area of my property represents what the future property Grade will look like after additional fill material from (Brady or other supplier)is used to bring the Grade to my desired Grade. My estimate is approximately 90 yards of additional material will be ncecfed to complete the 1 roject_ The sections in RED are areas that address my Drainage or Storm Water problems.
