Exhibit "A" : This area of my property represents the condition
of the Grade prior to my most recent visit with the Shelton County
Building Division, prior to 1012012018. It represents the Grade
prior to any work completed, and the work performed up to date.
This area includes all fill material purchased from Brady at 922 E.
Johns Prairie Rd. "45 yards of Native soil, 15 yards of 5!8"
Base Coarse, and 10 yards of Bark" and material relocated from
the front of the property to the area towards the rear middle of the
property. Yards relocated and compacted every 4" in lift's is
approximately 70 yards. A total of 11.5 yards to date have been used
to bring property Grade to date_
After talking will Shelton County Building Division and a Civil
Engineer (friend of mine from Hawaii and Florida) due to
standing water en my property after heavy rain falls, I decided to
install a French Drain to take care of standing water when it rained
heavily. `1 he size of this drain is l2.0" by 36'0", 5'0" in depth.
Approximately 80 yards of drainage rock (1 & 112" minus) was
in.stalied. After installing this feature (French Drain) all wva e)
Problems have been resolved. Material taken from the hole-1\ is
used as fill.
Exhibit "B" This area of my property represents what the future
property Grade will look like after additional fill material from
(Brady or other supplier)is used to bring the Grade to my desired
Grade. My estimate is approximately 90 yards of additional material
will be ncecfed to complete the 1 roject_
The sections in RED are areas that address my Drainage or Storm Water
problems. Some of this has been completed and some still needs to be
done!!
