1995 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1995, it is necessary to make provision for
supplemental appropriation to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to
unanticipated grant revenue from the WA State Department of Ecology for the Combined
Sewer and Water (CS&W) Fund and the Landfill Fund.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the 11th day of July, 1995 at the hour of 11:15 a.m. in the County
Commission Chambers, Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton,
Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place fora public hearing
upon the matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget as follows.

Combined Sewer and Water $179,869
Landfill 6,859
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause
notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
