1995 BUDGET
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1995, it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriation(s) to the budget as required by RCW` 36.40.140, to meet an outstanding
obligation of the Current Expense Fund for the Teamsters salary survey,moving costs,lease
payments on Pritchard Building, sick leave/vacation leave payouts and unemployment costs ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the 11th day of July, 1995 at the hour of 9:30 a.m., in the County Commission
Chambers, Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, be and the
same hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the
emergency appropriation(s) to the budget for Current Expense in the estimated amount of
10 9 ,7 7 6 for the above mentioned purposes.
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of
such hearing to be published as provided by law.
