1995 BUDGET
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1995,it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriation(s) to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.140, to meet an outstanding
obligation of the Probation Services/Juvenile Department.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the 27th day of June, 1995 at the hour of 9:15 a.m., in the County Commission
Chambers, Courthouse Building I, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, be and the
same hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the
emergency appropriation(s) to the budget for Probation Services/Juvenile Department, in
the estimated amount of $7,000.00.
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause
notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
PASSED this 6th day of June, 1995.
