WHEREAS, on April 11, 1995, the Board of Mason County
Commissioners did have prepared and published a Notice of Hearing
of their intention to consider changing the spelling of Haskel Hill
Road, County Road Number 38610, to Haskell Hill Road; and,
WHEREAS, said hearing was held on April 18, 1995, and public
input was received; and,
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interest of the citizens
of Mason County to change the name of this roadway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason
County Commissioners, that the name of Haskel Hill Road, County
Road Number 38610, which is 0 . 76 mile in length and is located in
Section 26, Township 21 North, Range 2 West, W.M. , shall be changed
to read as follows :

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is hereby
directed to erect the necessary signs to enact this resolution.
