RESOLUTION NO,
ESTABLISHMENT OF | MPREST CHECKING ACCOUNT
FOR NARCOTICS INVESTIGATION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3-86 established a Narcotics
Investigation Fund to be used for any purpose related to Mason
County' a enforcement of federal , state , and local laws pertaining
to controlled substances , including , but not limited to,
training , specialized equipment , informant ' s fees and purchases
of controlled substances .
WHEREAS. the Mason County Sheriff ' s Office administers the
Narcotics Investigation Fund and the Mason County Sheriff ' s
Office agrees they will comply with the Washington State
Auditor ' s Office Budgeting , Accounting , Reporting Systems (BARS)
policies and procedures regarding confidential funds and impreat
checking accounts .
NOW THEREFORE , IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that an impreet
checking account for Narcotics Investigation ahmi | be established
in the amount of $10, 000 for the Narcotics Investigation Fund .
