Section 3 , Township 19 North, Range 4 West, W.M. M.P._0.g0_m M.P. 0.1l work defined as "construction" in the BARS
Manual, Page 11'83' otovq' is domnniood to be necessary and proper; and,
WHEREAS, this project is identified uo # 5_on the officially adopted County Annual Road Program.
THEREFORE' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that bio their intention to:
perform preliminary oo8imwrioU and right-of-way acquisition ym:odumo for the construction of approximately 580 feet of roadway,
including its intersection with C|vqoo||mn Rood.
Said work is to be performed by day labor io oxoordoo:o with the Washington State Standard Specifications for Road and
Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is 0000xxary and proper, and the uothmmad 000m of
said project are herewith set out no follows:
Engineering $ 5,000.00
Right-of-Way $ 5,000.00
Road Construction $ 25,000.00
