Road Right-of-Way Plans
Bear Creek-Dewatto Road
County Road Project 1472
WHEREAS, right of way acquisition procedures of Mason County require that
the Board of County Commissioners approve road design drawings prior to right-of-
way acquisition; and
WHEREAS, in the past, the road right-of-way plans have been approved by the
Board of County Commissioners and executed by the Chairperson of the Board, in
a 24" x 36" mylar form; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works now has the capability of producing
computer drawings of the road right-of-way plans in a paper form; and
WHEREAS, for right-of-way acquisitions purposes, it is advantageous for the
Board of County Commissioners to approve the right-of-way plans; thereby allowing
the Department of Public Works to proceed with right-of-way appraisals and
acquisition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason County
Commissioners hereby approve the Road Right-of-Way Plans for the proposed
construction on Bear Creek-Dewatto Road (County Road No. 79800) , County Road
Project No. 1472.
