1996 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of
making the budget for the year 1996, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100,due to an Emergency Management Assistance
Grant for Emergency Services equipment;Washington State reimbursement for autopsies;Adult Probation
fees for the Electronic Home Monitoring Program; a $33,000 payment from the Little Creek Casino to
the Sheriff for equipment; $5,000 from the Little Creek Casino to the DARE Program; and the sale of
timber at the Truman Glick Park.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners:
That the 24th day of September, 1996 at the hour of 9:15 a.m., in the Mason County Commission
Chambers at Courthouse Building I, Shelton, Washington, is hereby fixed as the time and place for a
public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget as follows:
