IL ° 1996 BUDGET SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1996, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100,due to an Emergency Management Assistance Grant for Emergency Services equipment;Washington State reimbursement for autopsies;Adult Probation fees for the Electronic Home Monitoring Program; a $33,000 payment from the Little Creek Casino to the Sheriff for equipment; $5,000 from the Little Creek Casino to the DARE Program; and the sale of timber at the Truman Glick Park. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners: That the 24th day of September, 1996 at the hour of 9:15 a.m., in the Mason County Commission Chambers at Courthouse Building I, Shelton, Washington, is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget as follows: Department/Fund Estimated Amount Emergency Services $ 1,830 Coroner 10,500 Probation Services 16,000 Sheriff 33.000 Total Current Expense Fund $ 61,330 Total DARE Fund 5,000 Total Truman Glick Park Fund 51,770 The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of hearing to be published as provided by law.
