1996 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1996, it is necessary to make provision for
supplemental appropriation to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to funds
from the Department of ecology for the Comprehensive Flood Hazard Management Plan
for the Skokomish River Basin and funds from the US Department of Transportation for
a hazardous material survey and exercise.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the day of mii v , 1996 at the hour of i v '. g,6 a.m. in the
Mason County Commission Chambers, at Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street,
Shelton, Washington, is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the
matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget as follows.
FUND AMOUNT
Planning Department $51,300
Emergency Services $ 4.000
TOTAL CURRENT EXPENSE $55,300
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to
cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
