A RESOLUTION SETTING the salary for Court Commissioners and pro tempore
appointed by the District Court Judge.
WHEREAS, on September 22, 1993 it was established that the salary for the District
Court Court Commissioner and pro tempore was to be five percent (5%) less than the
Superior Court Commissioners' salary; and
WHEREAS, the Superior Court Commissioners'salary was increased from $40.00 per
hour to $50.00 per hour in 1995,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that the District Court Court Commissioner(s) and pro tempore salary be
increased from $38.00 per hour to $47.00 per hour effective March 1, 1996.
