COOPERATIVE PURCRASMG AGREEMENT *'195,V C w"Tr'I?'OP)' C�
In accordance with Chapter 39.34 RCW,the County of Mason and County of Whatcom agree
to a cooperative governmental purchasing agreement for various equipment and supplies,
using County of Whatcom competitively awarded contracts.
(1) The vendor(s) agree to extend to the County of Mason the terms and conditions of
County of Whatcom contract(s).
(2) The County of Mason accepts responsibility for compliance with any additional or
varying laws and regulations governing its purchases. Any purchases by the County
of Mason shall be effected by a purchase order from the County of Mason and directed
to the vendor.
(3) County of Whatcom accepts no responsibility for the performance of any of the
purchasing contract(s) by the vendor(s).
(4) County of Whatcom accepts no responsibility for payment of the purchase price by the
County of Mason.
This agreement may be revoked at any time in writing by either party.
