COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
In accordance with Chapter 39.34 RCW,the County of Mason and the County of Thurston
agree to a cooperative governmental purchasing agreement for various-equipment and
supplies,using County of Mason competitively awarded contracts.
(1) The vcndor(s) agree to extend to the County of Thurston the terms and conditions
of County of Mason contract(s).
(2) The County of Thurston accepts responsibility for compliance with any additional
or varying laws .and regulations governing its purchases. Any purchases by the
County of Thurston shall be effected by a purchase order from the County of
Thurston and directed to the vendor.
(3) County of Mason accepts no responsibility for the performance of any of the
purchasing contract(s) by the vendor(s).
(4) County of Mason accepts no responsibility for payment of the purchase price by the
County of Thurston.
This agreement may be revolted at any time in writing by either party.
