The above mentioned Onsite Sewage System Application was reviewed by Environmental Health and found more
information is required.
Hey Thad,
I have to select a number of bedrooms for this tank install. No original asbuilt to refer to. Assessor is calling it a one
bedroom. I am going to call it a one bedroom unless you can confirm the drainfield square footage is 240 or more and do
an ATF asbuilt. What are your thoughts?
Talked to Thad 4/18/23: Existing metal tank not leaking. Thad thinks there is not 240 square feet on the main house
drainfield to be able to call it a 2bd but not certain. He said not sure if it's worth the money to have new tank installed and
drainfield scoped as they are really old systems and should be replaced anyways. Thad is recommending they contact a
designer for new system to serve both residences. Thad will put application on hold.
