Belfair, WA 98528 %i •.a II 51 369 •E`' r Site Address: • • 3 i 351 E Greenberg Lane, Belfair 3•• 'n lY) County: Mason Tax Parcel Number: 22223-76-00130 Purpose: A site and soil evaluation was completed for the property located at 351 E Greenberg Lane in Belfair on March 17, 2022 by Environmental Design, LLC.The purpose of the site and soil evaluation is to determine the suitability of an On-Site Wastewater system. In order to determine if a site is suitable a minimum of three test pits were dug and evaluated for suitability.The site was evaluated to determine that the slope and size were suitable and to determine if the proposed on-site wastewater would be able to meet county and Washington State WAC 246-272A regulations. Proposal: The client is proposing a 4-bedroom residence on the site to be served by an on-site septic system. For a 4-bedroom system the estimated wastewater produced is 480 gallons per day based on the calculation of each bedroom producing 120 gallons per day. Site Description: The site is currently vacant land.The site is in Section 23 Township 22 North of Range 02 West. Hydrology: The site appears to be moderately well drained.There did not appear to be any areas of ponding at the site or in the area of the proposed drainfield. Water Source: The water source will be a proposed well.The well will be located 100 feet away from the proposed On- Site Wastewater system or the transport line will be sleeved to meet the requirements of WAC 246- 272A. 4 Soil Description: According to the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)the property soil is mapped as Alderwood Gravelly Sandy Loam. The test pit profile did not appear to be consistent with the Alderwood Gravelly Sandy Loam series. The NRCS describes the Alderwood Gravelly Sandy Loam as very dark brown gravelly sandy loam about 6 inches thick.The subsoil is dark brown gravelly sandy loam for the upper 9 inches and is dark brown very 1 Job Number:2021-335 Client Name:Hinders 5 z 8 22111 c ti D C9P ta O S _c i 0 00 COO W m C' z m z co 'O 0 o -n o 0 0 0 1) m m O o 0 m - 7 o rn .GR. mA o m Nes W co 7 Rc O 0 o d ° / 886 !V 1 m• K . ,._4IllIlliePllit V -.„ A ..,\lip .1. ... .„;0111 •. _ _ _ . . _ _ _ _ . k k x _ k k O O .— k k , ® m k k / r — —.— — / Zl ._____ . k k k —.—.— D — o —• k k k k k C co _____ k k k k k k — — k k kick k k k k k k . k • • — k k k k k — — k k k k k -- k k k k k k — k k k k --k k k k k XN' i. k k k k k k .— — k '— • < m D N 1 3 .r.. r m -n 3 <X'1 T O T m m pT q I- o z 3 W Z D D D -I „, ♦` co < 3 3 7, coo 0 m 2 2 .y — W O0 N T A .. 73 m 73 CD z7 N. j p N O 0 O O z n' 0 CO —pir N O o mo I1;•1„ OXO 0 b U W X o r m 9. / ,,frz” .41 -U l a O m m D O o r,i_;• ` m D m o ^ S - W Z o x0 •• S• Cm Co m fp o 3 o co m N R?`R CD D Z Z • O co O D Z -0 •<- o R% mZr Om . -• i.71, Nam m U) X 9iy" y-a D rn 0 e 1 W 0) A T m i CO2 Z Aoo '' .
