Amending Res. 2023-11 Mason County Personnel Policy RESOLUTION NO. 20 -O 4 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2023-11 MASON COUNTY PERSONNEL POLICY, TO ADD, REMOVE, AND UPDATE LANGUAGE IN THE PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL AND MASON COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the Board of Mason County Commissioners for the coordination of county administrative programs, which is accomplished through the adoption of the Personnel Policy; and WHEREAS, it is necessary and appropriate to make the following changes: • Update Chapter 7.5 Administrative Leave 7.5 Administrative Leave On a case-by-case basis,the County may place an employee on administrative leave with or without pay for an indefinite period.As determined by� - t_�e___n t•, . _:�� r ;t t_ , - -- i c�i.•)�_t C•� .A-1 it ;r Re_o�. ce_, administrative leave may be used in the best interests of the County during the pendency of an investigatlon or other administrative proceeding NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Mason County Commissioners hereby amends Resolution 2023-031 Mason County Personnel Policy to include the updates above.
