1$97 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION NOTICE OF HEARING
\NHEREAS, by reason of conditions which onuN not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the
budget for the year1QQ7. it is necessary to nnekn provision for supplemental appropriations to the budget as
required by RCVV 36.40.100' due to o contribution from Simpson Timber Company for the purchase of
emergency equipment and supplies.
THEREFORE, BE8T RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the 16UM day of December, 1997 at the hour of 9:10 a.mm' in the Mason County
Commission Chambers, at Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, is hereby fixed
as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental appropriations to the budget for
Emergency Services, in the estimated amount of$5,548 for the above-mentioned purposes.
' The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of
such hearing tubn published as provided bylaw.
