HomeMy WebLinkAbout133-97 - Res. 1997 Budget Supplemental Appropriation Notice of Hearing RESOLUTION NO. 133-97 1997 BUDGET SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1997, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40,100, due to: unanticipated election fees and election expenses in the Auditor's office; additional court fees and jury expenses in District Court; WA State Dept. of Transportation and Dept. of Natural Resources grants for emergency repairs in the Skokomish Valley; and FEMA reimbursements for storm damages. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners: That the 2nd day of December, 197 at the hour of 9:30 a.m. in the Mason County. Commission Chambers, at Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental appropriations to the budget as follows: Department Est. Amount Auditor $15,000 District Court $5,000 Emergency Services $135,779 Sheriff $707 Total Current Expense Fund $156,486 Road Fund $279,158 Landfill Fund $3,003 The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
