AMENDING RESOLUTION 10-97
TO ESTABLISH A CASH/CHANGE FUND FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
AT THE BELFAIR ANNEX
WHEREAS, the Environmental Health Department accepts payment of fees for
services and permit fees at the Belfair Annex; and a cash/change fund is needed at the
Annex for proper receipting of these county revenues;
WHEREAS,Environmental Health and Permit Assistance Center employees
agree to institute proper internal controls over cash/change fund(s) at the Belfair Annex;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mason County Board of
County Commissioners does hereby authorize the establishment of a cash/change fund for
Environmental Health at the Belfair Annex in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
