COUNTY ROAD
WHEREAS, on August 5, 1997, the Board of County Commissioners did pass and
approve a Resolution of Intention to establish HOMESTEAD DRIVE, County Road No. 67150;
a newly constructed road 34 feet wide with 24 feet of asphalt concrete surface and 0.22 mile in
length. Homestead Drive begins at the intersection with Old Ranch Road, then runs in an
easterlyt direction to intersection with State Route 3. Said road is located in the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
17, Township 22 North, Range 1 West, W.M.
WHEREAS, after due notice and public hearing, pursuant to law, a careful consideration
and study of the report submitted by the Mason County Engineer finds that the establishment is a
public necessity and practicable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners, that HOMESTEAD DRIVE, County Road No. 67150, be established as a part of
the Mason County Road System, and the Mason County Engineer be directed to enact said
establishment.
