AGREEMENT
This agreement is between Mason County, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and the
Priscilla Club of Cloquallum, a nonprofit corporation,hereinafter referred to as the "Club".
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein,the Parties hereto covenant
and agree as follows:
1. The Club shall allow for the placement of three recycling drop boxes on the
property located on the Cloquallum Creek Road and further described as:
1.31 acres, Parcel No. 51916-41-00010, Tr. 1 of NE, SE, Ex. W. 126.25' & E.
150'. Said recycling drop boxes shall be part of the Mason County Regional
Recycling Drop Station Program and therefore part of the service agreement
between Mason County Garbage and County.
2. In return,the County, as users of the Club property agree to protect,
indemnify and hold harmless the Club from any and all loss, cost, damage or
expense arising out of or from any accident or other occurrence on or about
these premises, causing any injury to any person or property, and will
protect, indemnify and hold harmless the Club from any and all claims, cost
or expense arising from any failure of the user in any respect to comply with
and perform all requirements and provisions agreed to and required by law
or ordinance, during the period of use.
